Summer Theatre Camp 2024

M-F, 9am-12pm ~ $300 / 2 week session

Over the course of two weeks, children, aged 7- 14, will participate in a full stage production including casting, set design, costume & character creating, managing props, & memorizing lines. Each session will feature different plays that are selected based on the developmental needs of the children who enroll.

During this fun camp for the little ones, we will embrace our inner wildness through water play, insect hunting, animal face painting, nature crafting, and more! We will enjoy a snack (brought from home), together, and story time each day as well.

During this morning camp with the little ones, we will explore creating art with natural materials. Our emphasis will be on fun and experience, rather than performance. We’ll model with clay, make and use natural paints, build with found objects, and talk a bit about how it feels to create. We will enjoy a snack (brought from home) together, as well as story time each day.

For this camp we venture down to the Mammoth Clay studio and learn from Ms Sage (of Sage Eden Pottery) all about clay—how it’s made, how we use it, glazing, firing, etc. The children will have the opportunity to work with clay each day and create finished pieces to take home at the end of camp. There will be time for free play and a snack (brought from home) together as well.

Ages 3 to 6

Cost $210

Little ones will learn about digging up clay from their natural environment. They will spend lots of time with their hands in the mud squishing and squashing. We will also work with premade clay and see what comes to life in our hands. We’ll set our creations out to dry in the sunshine. There will be lots of free play outside, along with a yummy snack and story time.

Ages 5-10

Cost $225

During this camp we will dive into some basic survival and homesteading skills. We’ll build our knowledge and confidence, while having lots of fun! A few of our planned activities include: digging out and preparing a fire pit, a hammer and nail craft, making bread dough, plant identification games, and more! There will also be plenty of time for free play and gazing up at the blue sky above.

We will provide a healthy snack. Children will bring a packed lunch from home.
